I began my construction career at the young age of 14 as a way to escape the tobacco fields every summer. As I progressed each summer, I gained more knowledge and experience which gave me the opportunity to start my first full time job as a framer at the age of 18. Through the following years I worked doing different construction jobs but found a home doing vinyl siding. After about 11 years of that I got an opportunity to take a job as an assistant superintendent for H&H Homes in 2005. I worked my way up within H&H over a 16-year period to an ACM position before I left to go over to H&H Multi and worked directly for Ralph & Linda Huff in the commercial side. After 2 years of that I made the decision to move back into the residential side by going to work for Ben Stout as VP of Constuction were I currently everything on the production side of the home building process.
