Professional Development: The Power of Emotional Intelligence
Emotional intelligence (EQ) affects important decisions we make every day in the workplace — from expressing opinions and understanding others to managing relationships and solving problems under pressure.

During this professional development session, attendees will learn ways to strengthen their EQ skills and hear practical tips for assessing emotional strengths, building better relationships, and making confident, effective decisions in the workplace.

2027 PWBS Board Elections
Members will vote on the 2027 PWBS Board of Directors, including Officers and Directors, helping guide the continued growth and success of the council.

We’ll also review the progress and accomplishments of PWBS over the past year and celebrate the impact our members continue to make within the industry and community.

Breakfast will be provided, along with valuable opportunities to network, collaborate, and grow alongside fellow members.
