Idea House Groundbreaking
Please join the HBAF, McKee Homes and the Village at Rockfish, LLC for the 2018 Idea House Groundbreaking on Tuesday, January 23 at 1:00 p.m.
The 2018 Idea House will be built on Lot 304 in the Village at Rockfish subdivision. Help us kick off this exciting project for our association, our members and the housing industry.

Location
From Fayetteville, take NC 87S approximately 2 miles past I-95 to Tom Starling Road and turn right. Go 400 yards and turn right on to Summer Cove Drive. Take Summer Cove to the stop sign. Turn right onto Harrington. Follow to the end (4 way stop). Turn left on Mannington. Lot 304 is straight back in the cul-de sac. Parking is available along road with McKee signage leading up to the lot on the left side.
