MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Your submission of application and payment represents your annual membership dues in the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville. You acknowledge that a portion of your dues also covers your membership in the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Dues are non-refundable once payment is processed and will not be pro-rated for early cancellation. Unless otherwise noted, dues are assessed annually during the anniversary month in which you joined. New members and lapsed members who have an expired membership in excess of 120 days from their expiration date are assessed an initiation fee in addition to annual dues. Membership requires your attendance at a new member orientation.

Applicant agrees to abide by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Home Builders Association of Fayetteville, of the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Applicant understands and agrees that failure to provide complete and accurate answers on this application will result in rejection for membership. Furthermore, applicant understands and agrees that the HBAF has broad discretion in deciding who it admits as a member and that if the
HBAF makes a good faith decision to reject this application, applicant must wait at least 2 years before reapplying for membership. I authorize the HBAF, NCHBA and NAHB to send communications to the email provided. I authorize the HBAF to list my contact information on the HBAF website and understand my contact information may be shared with other HBAF members. I authorize the HBAF to publish photos of myself taken at HBAF meetings and events. I understand and agree to all of the above conditions set forth.
